Course Description:

Introduces Cisco collaboration products and frameworks.Student will learn Cisco hardware and software with the appropriate terminals and servers to build a multi-site IPT environment, proficiency CME, CUCM route and number processing and access control,configuration and operation based on the CUCM / CME features, master CUCM corresponding function(for example, media resources, CAC) design and configuration methods on global and commonfunctions.Student will be able to use the appropriate platform comes with tools and commands to IPT troubleshooting.
